I am a seasoned Food & Beverage Operation applicant with an experience of over 12 years and a hands on experience in all the Food & Beverage Departments.
I started my career in kitchens and grew to be a professional Food & Beverage Manager. With my past education and work experience, I am sure I would be an asset to the esteemed company, hiring me.
Being flexible, I believe in Team Work, Mentoring the Team and Carrying the whole Team along with me. Keeping the Departmental Cost in mind, I like to achieve the deadlines and set Budgets by doing things differently. Also experienced in planning Events / Concerts, Weddings / Reception parties, Company's Day-Outs and Catering to huge groups.
Presently I'm working as a Food & Beverage Manager / Acting Operations Manager (with kitchen team reporting to me) at The Platinum Hotel, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman (Since 21st December 2010 - Pre - Opening Team).
Duties & Responsibilities include
Overall responsible for entire operations of Food & Beverage Department.
Overseeing - 5 Banquets / Conference halls.
Organizing Out Door Catering for wedding & private/company functions.
Control of Expenses & staff programming.
