Luckly I'm not the owner of a Pajero.
Firstly the SHJ service centre is located close to the Sewage that one thinks the service received is an extension of the Sewage :).
I accompanied a Pajero owner to get his Pajero serviced
He is very particular and did not have a scratch on his vehicle. Sadly on picking it up it had been scratched, I was shocked, the service and explainations received was even more lame and shocking (sewage :) ). The owner was verbally promised in my presence that this would be painted when he next brought it in.
Seemed some trouble to get a service booked. I'm not going to get concerned with this as once again I'm used to better service from better car service agents.
The Pajero was taken in and it seemed to take a while
for the owner to come out. An Arab girl informed me that the staff was shocking and not giving the owner a chance to talk. I got off my car and went and there was a virago talking down to the owner accusing him...of making false claims etc. The owner could not get a word in. I was shocked and we left.
So for those of you planning to buy a Mitsubishi think
twice or thrice as soon you will have to encounter the
SSS and the Virago. Your nice Mitsubishi will deteriorate when taken it for service. << Less
