On 29th June I went to Du Office at Ibn Battuta mall and paid my bill AED 336.00 using my visa card, that time I informed to the staff near to the Office entrance that the Machine is not working properly, and there was more than 15 customers requesting to pay their bill at the counter, but the gentleman refused and keep insisting to pay thru the Machine only. However I paid thru the Machin and left from there.
On 02nd July at 14:31Hrs I received a message regarding the internet payment and on 03rd July my internet disconnected. So I went to Du Office last night around 21:00Hrs and complained about it, the lady who was sitting on table # ( 05 ) told me that the internet disconnected due to payment issue, right away I showed the bill receipt to her and explained that I always paid cash and on 29th June I was forced to pay thru Machine. Furthermore, I paid my bill before end of the month and how come they disconnected my internet because of payment as I paid already for the service ???.
She told me to wait for 48Hrs and it will be connected, However she did not take any details from me except the account number and my name, by that time I informed that I can’t wait for this long time and I need my internet soon as it was not my mistake and you can check your system as well.
She called her Supervisor who came and asked her to send an email with explanation then she requested to have my Emirates ID which I showed to her and gave all the details as well. I was waiting for long time until she finished and at the same time I received a message from Du with reference # 1-66324143335 at 21:18Hrs, again second reference # 1- 66325744520. Also she said that the internet will connect soon then I asked after how long then she said tonight in few hours. But till now no internet connection and situation still the same.
The lady was asking her supervisor saying, what she should do about this matter and keep running behind him asking to assist her even he came to the system and assisted, but she was still confusing and doesn’t know how to solve the issue, ( No experience at all )
I would like to ask that this is the Service we are expecting to have from the DU Company ???.
Really I’m very disappointed regarding this matter as I called today morning and did not get any result, also my internet still disconnected until this moment which make me very upset and lost trust to your Company. << Less
