I am just wondering, how come a friend of mine whom I referred and who paid a down payment (last year, 2010) was not able to get her laptop, and now that she wants to get her money, your staff is not releasing her money? What are the other options left for her? I believe that she deserves to have her money back since you did not give her laptop. I do hope you could attend to this matter with importance.
