I have been trying to activate my new Debit card since I received it 2 weeks ago. So far I have not been successful. I keep getting the run around by the customer service team asking me to call back to try again.
There is no ownership of the problem from the bank itself.
The account was opened on 29th of June, I have yet to receive any document in the mail giving me account details - No account no., No IBAN no. I had to call to get the account number.
This has been truly the worst banking experience that I have had with any bank anywhere in the world and I have lived in many countries.
