Bought dishwasher from Festival City. It didn't wash the dishes properly and called them 6 times in ten days. They said a technician would call me back and nobody did. Finally, I paid moving company to take it back and got refund.

Very bad service after sale. Purchased Seimens washing machine on 24th Jan at Deira City Centre branch & promised for delivery on 27th. On 27th from 10am following up with customer service-04-2948483 & call centre-800344357...as the delivery is scheduled today they will call u...but no calls. May be 10-15 calls from morning till 9pm same answer, not even giving the delivery division contact numbers... when I called at 9.15 sorry sir Seimens co. closed now u will get the delivery tomorrow.. still waiting for the delivery... Once advice to the Management-SDG...not only concentrate on sales but also take care of service after sale... this will spoil the reputation and goodwill of SDG.. << Less
