I am Jennifer, a simple and a regular customer of your store/items...
I had a very bad experience on your store located at deira city centre.
I bought 2 blazers color pink and blue the following day i bought the black one and I asked the sales lady if they have the 2 items with size10, color biege and white, they checked in the system and they told me that the item was available only in Mirdif City Centre only and i requested that time that if they can bring it in Deira City Centre instead of coming to Mirdif because i dont have access to come in Mirdif..
The name of the staff who assisted and supervised my request was HANY and he called the manager in Mirdif he spoked with same arabic person.
Then they assure me that after a week they will call me, because i am very willing to have this item i make an initiative and i asked them what is best date or day to come to check if the items are available or if they received the said items.
They told me tuesday, then it was tuesday but nobody call me thats why the next day it was wednesday, i tried to passed by again to the shop at Deira City Centre and they told me the item was not yet recieved. Meaning no updates...
So i asked them again when will i come back to check again... they told me after 3 days then i come back saturday and they told me the items was not available or they did not yet received..
Again and again I asked them to call mirdif and they told me that the items was already delivered in DCC.
They checked again in DCC but they cannot find the items.
Thats why they take again my # and again they told me once they received it they will call me? As they promised again...
The same day i bought another blazer in green color size 12 is asked the color pink but there is no size 12 thats why the lady take my # and she wrote my request. She told me and she gave me hope that once they received the item they will call me... Another promises...
Today is sunday or after a week i visited again your shop i did not yet asked them i just look if you have new collections and i saw in a glance 4 pcs of the item that i requested i asked them the customer book comments and i show it to the staff the comments and request made...
Pls find attached proof that i requested and that the item was available and i bought it today..
I just want to ask, is the customer book comments is important? What is the used of this? To show only the everybody likes your items? How about those who order? Those who requested? Those who wait and hope? Is this additional points on your name that customers are very disappointed? Or only good comments you posted and noted so that your shop will be the No.1 in the other Shops? Did you really received feedback of what is the real happening in your store? Are you sure that your customers satisfies on their needs? Or only a simple smile of staff satisfies us? How about our request? Can i say that i can smile now? With regards or based on what i have experience? Are you choosing customer? Do you prioritize only those who can buy more and more on your shop?
Did you monitor exactly? Did the manager take move on it? Did the staff really do something or working on it?
Ok the first incident i can understand because they told me maybe they dont put label that it is a request, they told me it is the fault of mirdif branch when they deliver the item in DCC they didnot check or monitor it. Is that the real reason?
Shall i say that it is mirdif fault? Ok maybe they are right but on DCC branch they are the one who requested the item am i right? So meaning they will not follow up? Who is the incharge of the incoming and outgoing of items? The customer? Haha so funy!
But ok i understand... But now what about my another request? To whom will i complain? To whom will i ask assitance? Am i fault to visit today and suddenly i saw the item?
I just want to ask and request... Can you remove the customers comment book if there is no use, << Less
