At first I would like to thank the staff at Ibn Battuta mall branch, and kindly note I'm a customer of Lifestyle Jewellery since 2004 Abu Dhabi mall, the total pieces I bought till now are 11 diamond gifts (ear rings, engagement ring "princess cut", marriage ring infinity diamond, etc..., and I have advised all my family and friends to buy from lifestyle coz of the professional and helpful sales guys.
but...,
unfortunatly the last time I bought a gift to my wife was 3 days back and she didnt like it "this is the first time in my life somebody doesnt like my gift" then decided to return and buy her something else other than Jewellery, but surprisingly LIFESTYLE JEWELLERY POLICY is no return or refund, and when I talked to one of their managers in their head office(without mentioning his name) but if you guys want I can give you all his name and his mob. no. as well, he said clearly they care about to sell their products only, they dont give a dam about anything else.
Damas jewellery do return, refund and/or exchange. and their managers apreciate each and every customer.
my advice to Lifestyle jewellery is to care more about customers to keep them coming back to you, and I'm sure I will go back to Damas Jewellery, a very well known name, better customer service, and the best of all THEY DO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
