Find below mail I used to booked ( Air India) returns air ticket Dubai to Mumbai Travelling date 1st Jun 2011 Returns date 12th Jun 2011) through my credit card for my friend Name Gururaj Desai Passport Number (E3843603). While processing the payment through credit online transaction has been failed but I Immediately I got the below mail your transaction Confirmantion from National Aviation Company of India Ltd but till date I am not getting Any PNR Number Or any air ticket..After that I called Immidealty to my Credit card customer care & as discussion that transaction amount is debited from My credit card then I asked to hold this Amount (1095 AED ) but they told if merchant is not apply within 10 days your amount will be reverse after 10 days . Same day I am sending mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, but I am not geting any kind of feed bback till date .Then I called Air india Dubai Office same date on 25th but as per there record they told me there is no any Ticket booking with this passport Number (E3843603).
Then as amount is already deducted from my credit card & as discussed with Credit card custmoer care I am wait for 10 days That amount will be revesrse but When I called after 10 days on 6th Jun 2011 my credit card custmer care they told me Merchant(Air India) was apllied for that amount (1095 AED).
If Air India is Not providing me any service means I am not getting my friend air ticket then How Air India was applied for the amount .Please celrifing my doubt & return my Amount immidetaly & letme know the way how can I get my Money Back .
