my name is jvalin sonawala working as senior network engineer with intertec systems.
i am a customer of aadab restaurant since 2 years. I like the food of this restaurant but from past 6 months the food has become worst. their services has also become worst.
this incident happend on 25/july/09.
I ordered the food at 1 pm and i called dem up at 2 pm.
there is an elderly person sitting at the counter (sorry dont know the name) he told me the delivery guy has left and as soon as he comes back I will deliver the order so I asked the man whether I will have to wait till 3 pm or not. He rasied his voice and started saying no the food will come at 4 pm now and he disconnected the phone and was very rude to me.
I am a customer and I have to right to ask the hotel staff when the food is going to reach instead of that, the person disconnected the phone.
I personally visited that hotel and asked that man that why the hell you disconnected the phone he told me that as I was asking 3 times when the food is going to come so I disconnected. Until I finish my word on the phone he disconnected.
I was about to ask him if its going to come at 3 pm then i will personally come there and will take the delivery. instead of that he told me no it will come at 4 pm now and disconnected.
I SUGGEST GUYS IF WE ARE PAYING FOR THE FOOD ARE'NT WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK WHEN THE FOOD IS GOING TO COME AND SHALL WE LET THEM TALK LIKE THIS.
We are the customer and because of us only the restaurants are working.
