15 th August around 4 pm I went to buy a monitor and keyboard and some other things,I ask the staff can I pay directly at cash counter, he directs me to a cashier at mobile counter, I approach to her she ask me to print a invoice from the staff who told me to go for... More >>
15 th August around 4 pm I went to buy a monitor and keyboard and some other things,I ask the staff can I pay directly at cash counter, he directs me to a cashier at mobile counter, I approach to her she ask me to print a invoice from the staff who told me to go for her,now I again ran for him ,he comes back and asks this staff make it directly she refuses and I again want to go with him to print this invoice. when i come back this cashier keeps me waiting until she finishes 3 customers who came after me, then she finishes my transaction and gives me the receipt on which I cant see anything when I ask her its not showing anything, she shows me the second copy which is carbon copy, then I go for the security guy. He takes 10 min to check my receipt and he keeps yellow copy, and he returns me back the receipt where I cant see anything, I come back to cashier,then she has a very stylish and smart question whats the problem. I told her my dear I want receipt for my record, she says this only we have and says another guy to print receipt, then this guy says me that that is only we have if you want a manual receipt go to customer service, and get your manual receipt, then I have to go there and waited 10 more minute to have my receipt, GUYS DO YOU THINK I HAVE TO APPROACH ALL THIS PEOPLE TO BUY AND HAVE A RECEIPT. ...MAKING MILLIONS FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND CANT CHANGE THE FAULTY PRINTERS AND BAD PROCEDURES...ITS EXCELLENT. << Less

I faced a similar situation at dubai carrefour in lacnor milk and the counter punched dhs.13.95,for 4x1 l tetra pack whereas it was clearly mentioned on display dhs.11.95 so it seems that the naive customers if they dont check are fleeced by the ineffeciancy of your staff and management. Because of my earlier experience i checked and got my refund from the customer service for the excess amount charged. << Less
