I would like to complain as my account was believed to be hacked by online support guy.

I called International Helpline: +971 2 4103402 on 10th October 2016 (Monday) at 19:15 Myanmar Time (15:15 UAE Time) to change the email email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org.
That person told me to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to receive the OPT. I did not receive the OPT and my gmail account was hacked at 11th October 2016 (Tuesday) 17:00 Myanmar Time (13:30 UAE Time).
On 12th October 2016 (Wednesday) one of my friends called me that I asked him to bank in to my account Singapore Dollar 30,000 for my business requirement. I told him I did not ask and my gmail was hacked by somebody.
On 13th October 2016 (Thursday) I tried to withdraw around 900 AED from my local ATM with Debit Card but insufficient fund and I could able to withdraw about 300 AED. Unfortunately the Debit Card was forfeited or jammed in the ATM.
The same day I logged called back request and on lady called me at 10:46 Myanmar Time (07:16 UAE Time). I explained the above story and she said there is no suspected transaction and she will log the report.
On 16th October 2016 (Sunday) at 16:05 Myanmar Time (12:35 UAE Time) one guy call me and asked about the report. I explained the same as before and he said there is no transaction after 11th October 2016. I told him I am very sure my account was hacked, I check my balance with Debit Card and there is less than 200 AED I guess. Then he asked me whether I did any transactions, I told him I withdraw around 300 AED from ATM with Debit Card. He told me there is no way I can access my account. I suspect this guy also in the same group or try to protect the first guy.
NBAD need to take serious action on this crime. << Less
