Your Cashier Margie Demadura received 100 Dhs from me for Dhs.48. In return she gave me just 2 dhs. only and argued with me that I gave her only 50 Dhs. She insulted me in front of many people which is really a personality issue. The way she behave was really aggressive. As I've been in this counry more than 17 years and being regular customer of KFC & Pizza now I & all my brothers and family members decided NOT to visit any of your restaurant in the future.I want you to reveal her lies by viewing the Video placed at your restaurant and give her severe punishment which she never think of do to any other customers. Merely sending an apologies mail to me is not compensate or replace the dignity I lost in front of others.Finally the Supervisor handed over to me another 50 Dhs.after a long arguement. When I asked her name she just replied me in a rude way " You want my ID too ? and threw on the Desk. What kind of behavior is this? This kind of poor knowledge of customer service staff & lack in attitude employees will ruin not only your business and your organization reputation too.
