Good Day to the Management of this Transport Company.This is regarding our experience last friday(March20)to the driver of Al Ghazal Bus from Dubai to Al Ain,around 5-530pm we left from
Bur Dubai Station with this Pakistani Driver.From
the start we notice that he is driving very fast,like he is in F1 racing competition.Some passenger go down before reaching Al Ain,as the Bus is full(middle seat,occupied also)so everybody in the middle had to fold the chair to
give way for the other who is going down,this driver is only waiting for the passenger to touch
the road and after that he will just start moving
without waiting for the other passenger to seat safely,i saw one guy next to me in the middle seat if he didnt hold properly,he will fall down due to recklessnes of this driver.The worst thing happen to us came when we stop just from the first bus stop in town center.As we have baggage from the back of the bus,i told this driver that i need to take my things from the backside,i noticed that this driver is looking
for the side mirror i have no idea why.When we go down and trying to reach and open the door,in
our surprised he just run away even im waving my hand from the side to inform him to stop but he just ignore i know he saw me from the side mirror.I was very upset that time of what happened to us due to the attitude of that Pakistani driver.Im trying to look for the nos.of the Ghazal station from my previous ticket
from al ain to dubai.We try to call immediately due to the worse scenario that will happened if we lost our baggage(maybe somebody will take it),
luckily one bus of Ghazal stop and we take a ride going to station and inform the driver(indian) of what happened,he is nice guy and talk to somebody in the station to inform our baggage and he told me it is there.Finally we reach the station,and immediately confronted this Pakistani driver,he told as that we didnt
inform him about our baggage and like he is smiling for i dont know the reason and he didnt bother to apologize.The other guy told as that he is the supervisor and he will do some action for this driver(i hope so).I am a regular customer of Ghazal bus going to Al Ain and Dubai,i already noticed the attitude of this
Pakistani driver from the past,he dont have customer service and when he is in the road,he is driving reckless.I hope they should have proper training esp.our lives is on there hand when we are in the road.My suggestion is to put somebody(checker) atleast to monitor the Driver with this attitude of driving.Hope it will not happen to other passenger what we experience to this Pakistani driver.And we hope that this supervisor
will do some action not only by words.
