The shopping center has over 220 stores including a hypermarket (Abu Dhabi Co-Operative), boutiques (Next, Bhs, Mango), restaurants (Starbucks, Baskin Robbins), bowling center, 9-screen cineplex (Grand Cinemas), and family entertainment area. It is part of the Abu Dhabi Trade Center, which also includes two fourteen-storey office towers (The Towers at the Trade Center), a thirteen-storey fully serviced apartment tower (Bay View Apartments) and the 5-star Beach Rotana Hotel.
