To the Management of Obeid Hospital,
I visited Obeid Hospital around 3rd week of February 2011, it was really a bad experience happened to me and I decided to just kept silent until I read one article written above with quite similar experience with me. So I decided to share my bad experience with this hospital staff, I came at around 8:00 am, with fever 39 degrees centigrade measured from my home, having hemorrhoids with fissures full of pus (that's the cause of high fever), feeling of severe pain and dizzy because of high fever. After finish at the reception I was instructed to go to the waiting area for my name to be called. I waited for 3 hours before my name was called then I went to the doctor in charge for surgery and he told me it is just a BOIL and needs operation, but before operation it needs approval by the insurance so I waited again and it was 11:00 am. Still sufferring from high fever and dizziness with nothing given to me just to lower down my fever, after 2 hours I follow-up then still no approval. till 4:00 pm I waited but still they are telling NO approval came, sufferring from fever, pain and hunger still I'm patiently waiting till I felt that the abscess in my fissures are draining, I went to the toilet and I drained myself all the pus and I felt relief. I went home with NOTHING given to me even 1 tablet of panadol just to lower down my fever. Is this the way obeid hospital 'WE CARE'? << Less
