TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Dear sir,
Assalamualaikum.. I am a concern citizen and i have some complain which i need to refer to your office, its better that i will not tell my identity this is for the own protection of the subject concerned in my report. i have heard some news which is i think in need of immediate action from your office or department. i have known some nurses who is now currently working under the recruitment of AL AHLI POLICLINIC particularly at ALKASR CLINIC MADINAH CITY, SAUDI ARABIA who is now suffering from OVERTIME WORKING PERIOD which is not commensurate to the contract they have agreed and sign from the agency, they work 10 hours everyday but their contract is only 8 hours per day clearly it is over the time and these 2 hours exceeded are not consider as their overtime and not paid by the clinic, but the most thing which break my emotion is they are UNFAIRLY TREATED UNEQUALLY by their HEAD/MUDIR some with good and the other with bad plus they have given also UNEQUALLY WORK, these NURSES are sacrificing themselves to be far from their family and working and striving hard to perform their work and responsibilities correct and sincerely but unfortunately they still be treated with bad attitude by their head,no matter how they work hard still THEY WORKED OVERTIME WITH NO OVERTIME PAY and how can they work and stay in that clinic if every time they have treated with Bad Action.
They have no Guts to complain to your personnel its because they afraid of being much treated with worse attitude and pressure in their work also, i am representing them as the concern citizen and their brother in ISLAM. pleas i am asking your support and immediate action on this matter to pleas try to investigate and have a further inspection,checking and evaluation regarding those concerned things including their CONTRACT, SALARY, ACCOMODATION and should be given equal work in these particular clinic mentioned above.
WE ARE HOPING FOR YOU TO FIX THESE PROBLEM.
