I am a owner of Samsung 723 GT-S7233E BADA touchscreen mobile phone which I got as a present at the Annual Congress of Asian Football Confederation held on 6.January 2011 at Doha. It is a very good user friendly multifunctional phone of emence value I like it very much .But now it gives me trouble the Touch screen is not working properly as such I beg from you to help me to get it solved . The local Samsung agent / Distribuer at Galle . Sri-lanka told me that this modal is not available . This mobile phone is under Warrenty & I posess the warrenty card, Please be kind enough to replace it with a anoter phone.
