I have booked on Nov. 28th 2012 from cmb to nyc. The efta visa was not done previously and I was asked to wait - nobody said that I could have filled in the form and proceeded to NYC. but Qatar airline preferred to hav me off loaded. The next day i flew to NYC with the connectng flight to Guayaquil. In NYC my suitcasewas missing and the employee from qatar told me: I have seen your suitcase in Doha... When I told him I want to make a complaint he said it is not necessary as he is doing it and that I have to inform Guayaquil...Up to date Dec. 3rd I'm without my suitcase filled with presents I needed on Dec. 1st. Daily flights are operating from Doha - nyc to Guayaquil, but nobody is worried to deliver my lugagge. I'm staying till dec. 6th at the grandhotel in guayaquil and than shall travel back to sri Lanka. A so called reputated airline as qatar is harrassing clients in such a bad way. << Less
